I went to the website and though the help material. The program didn't respond the way they said it was supposed to.
Summary
Since others have given various levels of approval to this program, I have to assume there was something fatally wrong with my copy. But I could get no support to verify that. Based on my experience, one star is two too many.

Very east to use, yet has some advanced features. The novice can accomplish almost anything that a professional designer can do either in the basic program or via inexpensive add-ins.

Not for some one who wants to write code or rework an existing site. But, hey, that is not what it is designed for.
Summary
This is for anyone who wants to get a basic web page up quickly and easily without having to learn to code. Would accomplish the vast majority of site requirements - especially if you purchase the specialist plug-ins if or when you find you need them. Only the most complex large sites need something more.

Simple to use. I strongly suggest getting STACKS as an add on. It makes life very easy. Lots of nice features already built in and lots of very inexpensive add ons to grab like video players and music players. Great network online to get info.
Cons
Like any software package, you just need to play around to figure out the best way to use it. For example, naming your pages so they are not page1, page2. Basically, pretty good.

Rapidweaver is for the MAC user. I have setup numerous sites using it and found it to be a great tool. I actually remember trying to type code and look for a WYSIWYG program to view my work. Rapidweaver takes this to a new level.
STACKS is a must. This add on helps one tremendously. While you can get by without it, I suggest you spend the small amount of money to make your life easy. I added FLOWPLAYER as a video player which is very nice and the music player by SymfoniP is awesome!!
I would love to see a cross platform version since I do have to use a PC for work but such is life. I'd like to see cheaper templates as well but you get a good selection and once you use the program, you are all set.
Easily lets you setup to dump into Godaddy so I had no issues. The online resources are great. The user groups are helpful and most questions are asked and answered. Get it today!! -

If you know HTML and CSS and want to tweak the code, it's pretty tough to do it. Rapidweaver generates some code on the fly as you upload your files, and this caused me some problems.

I got this product as part of a MacHeist bundle ($20 for 10 applications, including RapidWeaver), so it was a sweet deal. Since I know HTML and CSS, I don't think I would have paid $80 for this app because it doesn't allow me as much control as I like to have over my sites. That being said, if you are new to web design or just need to get a site up quickly, this is one of the best WYSIWYG page builders I've seen. The code it generates is fairly clean, and you can install (some for purchase) a number of different plug-ins that will allow you to include different functionality such as slideshows or shopping carts in your site. In summary: if you're used to using a product like Dreamweaver, RapidWeaver will seem limiting. But if you don't have much experience with web design, RapidWeaver will empower you to build websites quickly and easily.
