"great product dire support"
Pros: software is excellent, does a very good job, fast and easy to use
Cons: software support is non existant, I paid for 3 licences and happily used the software for about a year, we got 3 new pc's so I emailed to rapid decision for 3 new licences as they need resetting when moving to a new pc.
well so far about 10 emails, 10 support tickets, 10 phone calls have all gone unanswered, the phone line is always an answer phone, these guys are complete cowboys .. software is fine but just bear in mind it's a one off purchase, change pcs and you'll have to buy again.. that's if the software still works.. I wouldn't know as I've not been able to use it for months now.
