"Excellent tool. solidly designed"
Version: Rapid CSS 2011 8.2
Pros
Rapid CSS is an excellent tool for editing CSS and HTML, among other formats. While working with it, I migrated to the next level tool by this same developer, Rapid PHP as I also needed PHP editing capabilities. The team provides outstanding, prompt, and thorough tech support. They are highly customer focused and place a premium emphasis on quality. Contact with them is consistently reliable, and a satisfactory outcome to any issue is assured. I haven't found any other tools that can do what the Rapid line does with such efficiency and simplicity.

"Easy To Use and Navigate"
Version: Rapid CSS 2011 7.4
Pros
Rapid CSS 2006 is a great tool for those not knowing how to program CSS themselves. Everything is easy to navigate, though it takes a little time to get used to. As it is with any program you've never used before. It's all generated for you, with the click of a button to open your selectors. Then each option for those selectors, comes up automatically and all you have to do is fill in the values that you want. The built in CSS Checker and Validator works very well and it's compatible with numerous browsers. Has a built in preview for FireFox and IE. It even has an FTP publisher.
It really is one of the best CSS editors I've ever used. And you get free updates!
Cons
The only thing I didn't like about this product, wasn't really with the product itself, but with the ordering system. When you go to buy it, it asks for an email but their system can't accept Free emails, such as Yahoo, MSN [ Hotmail too ], or even BlueBottle [ great Email service by the way ]. They can't distinguish between the Free accounts and the Paid accounts for either of those services.
So unless you have an email acct. at.. Ohhh.. maybe a University or something, maybe ATT, SBC, or something like that... or a friend with one, you pretty much can't order it if you go to pay with a credit card, debit card, and such. Though they do offer numerous pay options.
