Support could be a little quicker. But I use it so infrequently, that it really is a non-issue.
Summary
Overall RTE is the best tool I have in my box for monitoring and evaluating KW performance for clients and our own site. Love it, love it, love it!

The software is very easy to use, unlimited keywords to track and domain names along with reports for all the customers on which keywords are ranking well. Hundreds of different search engines are checked and the best bit I like about this is the fact that you can check the rankings for keywords in different country's i.e keyword 1 checked on Google.com and then checked again for the main trading country like Google.co.uk
Cons
The software is a tad pricey along with the monthly cost (after 6 months) of the Live Update which ensures that the search engine algorithms are up to date to ensure that the returned results are correct. However in the long term the software does actually work out a lot cheaper compared to the monthly costs of other websites who charge 3 digit subscription costs every month.
Summary
Simply said Rank Tracker does what it says it does and it does a very good job at returning results back to you on how your keywords are performing.

The software is really easy to install and once you get used to how the software works very easy to use. Very easy to export the data to excel or use the interface itself to track results. The support is from th team is also very good.

This tool has great features including 777 search engines where you can track keywords all over the world so whit that you can offer SEO services where you want and give your clients Excellent Reports

If you track too much keywords at a time you get banned temporarily from Google they are work to fix that and also they have a Human emulation that you can avoid get banned

Good easy to use interface,nice idea.

There is a problem with this program and its use of java.The program worked fine until the database reached 140mb.
(I have approx 500 keywords tracked over 18 months)
I received message saying the database was corrupt,I aked for help from Link Assistant who at first were good. They explained that the java component could not deal with such large file sizes. They managed to get my database to work again by deleting 1 years worth of data so now I only have the last 6 months of information. I asked if they could split the original file into 2 separate databases so I didn't loose so much information and would at least be able to delete keywords I did not think were necessary myself, this fell on deaf ears.
My opinion is, yes the program works, but only up to a point... at which time the data base will stop working.
I am very disappointed as fundamentally the program is a good idea, but there is no getting away from inherent flaw with java which we all will encounter.Summary
The idea of this software is to track keywords over a period of time. Because of its dependency on Java you will lose data if you don't manage your database sizes.

I just started using SEO PowerSuite, and I was amazed that after just one week, I had front page Google rankings for two different keywords. Prior to that, I was not ranked for any keywords except my own business name. I'm impressed!
Cons
It's a bit pricey, especially since you have to continue to subscribe to the Live plan after the 6 month mark, but I still feel it's worth it since it gets results.
