    "No Tech Support"

    Pros

    works fine when it works...it did on one computer testing it for me, but when I left on a trip to try it for real, it did not work and tech support won't help!

    Cons

    Non existent tech support...tried contacting them twice and in forums and no response...can't buy something that won't work for me and is not supported

    Summary

    I won't buy software that tech support won't respond...waste of money and timem
