Version: Radmin Server and Viewer 3.01
"Tech support is so easy with Radmin"
Pros: It;s secure, easy to use, and it works extremely well. I can copy files, copy clipboard info, and even connect via another computer. It makes the task of managing numerous PCs on a wide area network a pleasure.
The file copying is amazin, and will resume where you left off if the connection breaks.
Cons: Sometimes the viewer closes when you just wanted to close a particular connection, and it would be nice if there were shortcuts to particular file locations. But the product is well engineered and it just works, even on slow PCs.

I have used Radmin for several years starting with their v. 2.xx products. It has never disappointed. Their support people have always been prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. Love the product! The five-star rating needs another star.
