Version: Radmin Server and Viewer 3.3
"Must have if you are seroius in remote desktop networking"
Pros: Good speed over slow internet connections, great speed over LAN. Communication is always encrypted. Stable, good an reliable. Very small internet transfer between client and server when idling...
Cons: There are not much customizable options for connection like VNC. No option to disable encryption. Mouse is tracked only localy so cursor doesn't change shape when you want to enlarge remote windows horizontally or vertically...

"Remote control and a budget price!"
Pros: Easy instllation leads to a system that does what it says on the tin. Remote control for dummies really. Nice touch is the option to lower the screen colour count which speeds up the connection link. I didn't need to read the help to get things moving, so it must be easy-peasy. Download file size is a lot smaller than other remote apps. Good at linking Win 98 and XP machines as well. Password access works well, and so does the connection over a wireless link. At $35 for the full version, this cannot be beaten.
Cons: The interface is a little quirky, but once you connect to one PC, the rest is easy (I could have read the help I suppose). Only small problem I noticed is that remote PC Zone Alarm alerts are not viewable on the local PC. I guess that the ZA alerts happen to prevent your connection, so you need to either disable Zone Alarm, or make somebody at the other end press the keys when an alert happens, as the remote PC will look like it has locked up when you view it on the local PC.

"Tech support is so easy with Radmin"
Pros: It;s secure, easy to use, and it works extremely well. I can copy files, copy clipboard info, and even connect via another computer. It makes the task of managing numerous PCs on a wide area network a pleasure.
The file copying is amazin, and will resume where you left off if the connection breaks.
Cons: Sometimes the viewer closes when you just wanted to close a particular connection, and it would be nice if there were shortcuts to particular file locations. But the product is well engineered and it just works, even on slow PCs.
