Pros: Extremely easy to use with iTunes. Automatically imports songs to music library and provides user with ID3 tags. No work necessary...simple
Cons: While importing songs into the library, another copy is moved to your trash *(if you so choose) and your HD fills up twice as fast since two identical files are present. SImple fix--empty the trash, but it is a bit of a surprise the first time...
