It generally finds the right drivers for devices with existing drivers and it installs mostly behind the scenes automatically.
Cons
Totally ignores devices which have no drivers, which is just bizarre.

Pros
Easy to use; updated all of my drivers seamlessly. I have been trying to find a driver I needed for my wireless and could not find the right one. This software found it and a bunch of others I didn't know I needed. Believe it or not, my wireless/internet is actually much faster. I had been complaining that it was my neighbors or comcast causing the slowness, but it was actually fixed by getting the new driver.
Cons
none that i can see. Maybe that the scan takes a while.
