From a certain standpoint, RPE Photo's feature set may seem limited, but many users will still need the basic photo-management tools found here. The program helps you modify your digital pictures--preview, resize, rotate, fix the red-eye effect, and apply color effects (brighten, black and white, sepia)--as well as save, print, and e-mail them. The work flow to resize and arrange photos for a printed page is particularly straightforward. However, the interface isn't as graceful handling folders bulging with photos.
