Download at own risk. I do not know any of the parties fighting over this download or even their technical terms, just what trusted antimalware detection flags with red.

It is a False Positive. It is safe app to use. I have used it many times. It will shut down almost any rouge program that is running so you can do your own scans with the program you trust to remove the rouge. Also It will tell you the programs that it stopped. also ware the .exe was found at.
