Short after the program is started an error is received, over and over again saying -> Unable to locate "Processor" performance object."
Summary
For me and probability for others (then I'm hardly unique) the program is useless.
FreeRAM XP Pro works fine. -

It seems to work and is free ,easy to work and adjust. i like the quick rebooting options it has as much as the ram saving or recovering its name suggests as its primary intent

doesnt do much of anything on new (win7) machines. maybe it does, i just dont notice it doing anything on my latest builds. i have it in my 4 year old laptop where it is great

I have kept it in my laptop Turionx64 1.9ghz with 4gig ddr2 800 and a small hard drive in it 320gig. it is just fine and i actually see a difference for a short time after i use it. could work longer but i see a temp drop in the core temp utility and that is accompanied by faster , or less wait time for apps to load or move along. the laptop is my slowest among 4 computers. though the rest are phenom II 965 or 1090T multi cores while the turion is only 2core. i never wait for anything on my desk tops ,which is probably one reason i see no benefit with the ram booster on them and i wait all the time on the lap top which is a reason i see impact there. i dont know how or why it works but is seems to in that so i keep it going and use it every time i fire the lap top up. at least 4years now. or since 2006 when i got the laptop.

excellent tool read all reviews thought this might help improve my old xp desktop,i set it low (50) i thought maybe rise slowly,but computer seems happy with this, computer now running so quick and smooth many thanks for this wonderful little tool

I don't know whether these things help, but it does put up a screen when it claims to be working, and the ram does increase. It doesn't freeze things while it claims to work like some other programs.
