It can recover folder structure on the disk, and you can try it before buy. Instant registration key delivery was a good surprise.

Summary
An external hard drive with all my movies and photos was mistakenly formatted. I tried several other Mac recovery programs but they were able to recovery only files and not the folder structure on the disk. I tried R-Studio for Mac and it showed the complete file structure on the disk. I previewed several pictures and they looked OK. I paid for the software, and immediately the key was in my mailbox. 5 hours of waiting while R-Studio was recovering the files, and everything is OK now, all files are OK.
