Pros: Does not do much more than Sportlight does.
Cons: Stalled on installing plug-in's.

"buggy crappy redundant- removed asap"
Pros: good idea that didn't work
Cons: -kept crashing even as I tried to install
-most of the plugins last updated in 2006!
-slow as molasses and disrupted the entire 10.4.11 Mac OS system
-never looked like Jason Parker's desktop snapshot

"making files and applications easy to reach"
Pros: works perfectly with Snowleopard. it is fast, intuitive and gets the job done quickly.
Cons: no cons. It does what it is intended for.

"Good product, but I've no time to learn it."
Pros: Slick installation and user interfaces, powerful product, and easy to get started with.
Cons: So much to learn. Initially easy, but then the learning curve steepens sharply.
Summary: This isn't a knock on Quicksilver; it'sa fine product. I just don't have time to learn all of the powerful features. I have honed my OS X prowess over the years, and it's hard to change keystrokes and workflows I have so deeply ingrained. I suppose I... read more

Pros: Great easy to use and really powerful
Cons: not very good dictionary so it does not replace spotlight.
