"Splits usage on my DVD programs"
Version: QuickTime 6.5.2
Summary
Haveing real problems downloading video clips from my Nikon Coolpix to my Arcsoft movie maker. Does not covert onto my Windows movie maker 3.There are issues with emailing these clips even if they have Quick Time Player. If it wasn't for coverting to different codec, the product would sour above the average mark.

"Excellent Quality."
Version: QuickTime 6.5.2
Summary
QuickTime from Apple is very good for watching movie trailer etc. in the QuickTime format. However it only plays QuickTime files and to download it you have to install iTunes as well.

"Try Quicktime Alternative."
Version: QuickTime 6.5.2
Summary
Quicktime is a resource hog, if it'll play it, quicktime altenative typically is quite a bit faster (it's played most stuff so far). Additionally, the interface is way outdated, the last version I installed had an unwanted iTUnes install, and it tried to attach itself to MPG movies for playback, which it promptly crashed on attempting to play. Additinally, it tries to attach itself to several movie an video files it has not clue how to run at all...

"It's great!"
Version: QuickTime 6.5.2
Summary
I love it! But I prefer iTunes. I would recommend this more for Mac users, though it's good in Windows XP too.
