    "Piece of ****"

    Pros

    it looks nice and look easy to use and it's cheaper than other products, but...

    Cons

    It doesn't work. if you plan to convert from a .mov file to burn into a DVD format, forget it, you are wasting your money. it will convert for about 1.48% and en error message will come on. I try more than 1 files and every files have the same result. I email the support team, but it takes them forever to respond plus there is no # to call them. I'd suggest google a free .mov converter. THIS IS A WASTE OF $26!
