Pros: free
Cons: Didnt find what I was looking for, and took ages to search.Not for me I'm afraid

Version: QuickSearcher - Freeware edition 1.4
Pros: Text search looks in all documents (even html and php) for search term. It displays results and even highlights the text you searched for within the document! I recommend it for programmers and web designers. Also, the program loads much faster than Windows' default search.
Cons: The filename search could be better. Unless you surround your keyword with *, it searches for filenames that are strictly named that keyword.

Pros: It's free.
It's quick and accurate if you don't search within ZIP files...
Cons: I wanted it because it could search for files within ZIP archives, but it takes FOREVER!! Plus, even though I specify an extension, it still gives me a bunch of other types of files. It also seems to take a lot of memory. I couldn't finish my search (it's been over 2 hours since it began) so I couldn't try extracting directly from the program or printing or exporting my result list to a spreadsheet.
