  "It's good but I give up at last"

  Pros

  It is a user friendly program that really meet my need. It is easy to use, intuitive and the layout of invoice is beautiful. It does make my invoice management easier. To be honest, it is the best invoice management program and is affordable.

  Cons

  The main reason I give up this program is the email system. When I email my invoice, I found that I can only email via Quickbook's own server, just like a web mail. Yet this is what I don't want. I can't email from my own email client and my own ISP.

  You sell Invoice 2009 manager, lure us with the idea we can email invoices, then you won't help us set it up, when we use Yahoo.com email accounts. This is the first time you have been 'deceptive' in 15 years of my company being a customer. I don't appreciate this. I can't make outlook work, and don't want a second email account to be checking...
