    "We were suprised how cheap this software was."

    Pros

    Ability to change Captions per Field was what sold it for us.
    5 user access to 120 employees, now our Managers control their staff not the otherway round.

    Cons

    Not sure if people will agree that its a Con but there is way more stuff it can do than we actually needed but we turned off those bits
