"Did the job of three programs i had on my computer."
Pros
Convient, easy to use, has multi funtions, uses less disk space[in the sense that it does the work of three or more prgrams in half the time], makes a thumbnail of the converted item, for a 23.8 program is does such a great job, and ITS FREE ^^
Cons
No option to turn thumbnail creation off when starting convertion process, not very friendly with old machines[runs slightly sluggish on machines running 256mb ram etc]
Summary
Though Quick Media Converter has its ups and downs, it is an all around decent convertion tool, it does the work of three programs, example:
It converts and supports more video formats then kates video convert version 3, and is fast, and free, and doesn't ask for an email.
It converts audio from an existing video straight to MP3[like WINff does]
It has also what appears to be a built in web browser[I could be wrong and it could be a youtube video downloader, not sure, haven't played with it that much].
Description does not lie, this program is easy to use for both begginners and advanced users alike.
Has support for desktop recording [assuming its not going by what I have installed on my machine].
For something free this program does it all without any hitches[watermarks, time limits, etc]
All and All, Quick Media Converter is, heck, IS by the farthe best media conversion tool I've ever used, though is runs with a slight sluggishness on my 256mb ram dell computer, it does the job it promises, though It could have had more monitor friendly resizing options, example:
When I maximize it, it partilly sinks down below my taskbar, hiding the status bar on the bottom.
Great product non-the less, 10/10 :)
