Pros: Best AV Engine.. cool addons like Anti rootkit, Malware detection etc.. User friendly interface.... Best Security
Cons: Pros only if properly installed. Worst Service support...Try installing trial version first and if u can install AV and Firewall without any problem, then only purchase the licence.

IN NO CASE USE THE FEATURE OF REMOTE SUPPORT AVAILABLE IN THE PRODUCT AS YOU WILL HAVE WORST NIGHTMARISH EXPERIENCE OF YOUR SYSTEM CRASH...
Service Engineers are layman and will definitely harm your system.
Firewall of not much use..
IF YOU CANNOT SUCCESSFULLY INSTALL THE PRODUCT.. THEN EITHER YOU FORGET QH TS AND GO FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT OR INSTALL ON FRESHY FORMAT DISK.
