From Dataware :A game maker in which you can easily create your own adventures in mythical, medieval settings. Using preset or custom characters set up worlds in which you control the plot, action, and difficulty of the game. A variety of graphic images are included for you to use with Quest Creator such as these enemies are slimes, goblins, ogres, trolls, skeletons, zombies, and dragons.
Version 2.42 is a maintenance update.

Version: Quest Creator 2.42
Pros: This takes me back to the days of 2D RPGs, which were brilliant. And this one doesn't just give you a game to play, it lets you create your own games. You can look on the game you get as a tutorial, and figure out how it works from that.
