Great Planner for team management projects

- I love the abilities to see which tasks are understanding, which are exipred, which projects are finished.

- Hard to find where to signout.

- Beside being able to manage my projects, I can also personalize my every day schedules like my personal appointments and check email. Most application online has only one or other feature but Quasitime is an all-in-one tools for me. One stop and I'm done.

- I use the reservation system to manage all my reservations and I love how convenient it is for me and all my employees to check, update, and respond to our reservations. It is also a great tool to manage all my ongoing projects all in one place.

- Easy to use. Does not require much to use, no additional downloads or files required to use, just a web browser and internet connection.

- Being a full-time student at ucsb it's hard to organize studying with everything else. But with this product, it makes organizing and scheduling a lot easier as it helps me see what I have coming up that I need to finish or study for. It's also very simple to use for those who are not very computer saavy, and do not want to spend a lot of time trying to figure it out.

- Great to use as a busy nursing student. It definitely is a great tool managing classes, clinicals, projects, student meets etc. Quasitime helps organize, manage and prioritize your time and schedule and is useful for students. Highly recommended.

- I absolutely love how easy it is to use. It's definitely great as an online calendar and agenda. Everything on the website is easy to access, even connecting with friends and family. Communicating with friends and family is very easy.

- Maybe allowing users to personalize their homepages to what they like. (i.e. backgrounds, colors, etc.)

- Very nice and simple looking user interface. Equipped with all of your basic scheduling, calendar, to do list, etc. However, the Workspace really pack a punch; it's what set it apart from other applications.

- Wiki feature can be a little confusing for people who are not familiar with it. It will get some use to.

The Workspaces is an awesome features that allows groups, teams, or even an entire organization to display their vital information online for their members. Quasitime gives you all the tools you need to make the most of your time and keep your teams or members accountable. The Home screen is very pleasing to the eyes without a lot of dramatic icons or texts. It displays all of you appointments, daily notes, weekly agendas, To Do list, New messages, Projects, and book marks for your favorite websites. The best part is their is no software to install and you can access it anywhere in the world as long as you have internet access. Quasitime is feature packed with all of the basic tools like calendar, task, project, etc., but what sets it apart from other similar programs is the Workspace feature. The best way to know if it will meet your needs is to sign up for a free account and invite you friends to join then you can experiment this great collaboration tool.

- My experience with this product is very good. I really like the 'workspaces' feature where I can create and share that with my fellow friends. I can linked favorite video's or pictures to share with them. I can blogged about my daily activities. I can email and notify them about my blogs or my workspace. It is an everything in one packages. Overall, this is a very good product that offered many features that everyone can benefit.
