"Full of Software Glitches--a Problem Program!"

I'm trying to think of some, but it's not an easy program to learn or to use.

I have used Quark Xpress for several years and through several versions; 7.31 is the worst software product I've ever owned--and I've owned lots of software. I've wasted lots of time redoing pages in Quark when the graphics mysteriously disappeared! Checking for answers, I found I was not the only user with this problem; yet, over five years, Quark never developed a patch to correct it. The also don't support this version with Windows 7, so you'll either have to go back to XP or buy the newest version upgrade for a few hundred dollars! I'm now in the process of transitioning to InDesign.

I love this product, and I need to reinstall it, but my CD is scratched. I was happy to see my licensed version here, but your download link is broken, so I'm out of luck.
I notice that all your scrolling and flashing ads seem to work fine, just not the downloads. Priorities, huh?

It is quite complicated to learn if you haven't any knowledge when you start.
