The Quantum Mechanic Lite has a new simplified interface. The Quantum Mechanic Pro has complete control of all filtering parameters. Quantum Mechanic Pro also includes a plug-in called Band Aide filter for the Nikon D1. For the Macintosh only, Quantum Mechanic Pro also includes a plug-in called Moire EraserTM which removes color moire.

Many new features such as sharpening and auto-contrast controls, a large and enhanced preview, and 48-bit support for Photoshop 5.
