Version: QCS-Golf Launch Pad 1.4
"'Could' be the best launch pad software..."
Pros: I don't know yet... I was only able to take one swing. and ohh what a good swing it was... right in the trees :)
Cons: When I downloaded this program I saw "Free to Try" to I thought I would give it a try. The only problem is that I have not been able to try it.
Once it's installed it looks very simple to use. but after 5 mins of the game running and about to take my first swing I was pulled out of the game and prestnted with a dialog box saying that I need to send a LOCAL ID to an Email address to receive a REGISTRATION KEY (following the purchase of a valid License!). I sent the E-mail and clicked Later so that I could test the software. I was presented with another dialog stating that his is a DEMO Version! and to Please register this software. After clicking ok I finally got back into the game and with 1 swing I was back out of the game to set another Demo Version Bug.
This software might be great but it's registration practises make it imposable to try. I'll wait 24 hours to see if I get a key but if not. this trial is rated 1/5!
-Also it's installation requires some changes to the game itself
- You must remember not to touch your mouse or else you might miss a swing. you MUST press Ctrl+Shift+P to pause the swing detection before touching the mouse.

The key is only supplied when the product has been purchased and will run indefinitely in demo mode with the Demo message boxes being displayed.
The demo messages are presented initially when the interface is started, so after you click through them you will be back into the game. On a random basis, the demo messages will also be presented after a number of swings. Again, clicking past the two demo message screens will get back to the game and allow you to swing with the ElectricSpin LaunchPad device.
The setup of the game (Tiger Woods or Microsoft Links 2003) is one time and can be accomplished prior to starting the QCS interface and need not be done each time.
When using the ElectricSpin LaunchPad, there will be very few instances when you will require changing the (Tiger Wood or Microsoft Links 2003) game when you will need to pause automatic swing function of the software interface. The facility to allow pausing of the QCS-QLPD software is there for that rare occasion.
There are only two sites that provide e-commerce support, DigitalCandle and Protexis. There are just two different links on the Download.com site for Protexis, just the way Download.com setup it up.
