"Great app for organization of files"
Version: Q-Dir (64-bit) 5.01
Pros
All the functions of Windows Explorer, combined with the ability to see up to four directories at once. Multiple views possible.
Cons
None. And did I mention it's FREE.
Summary
I don't use this every day, but it has become a must when moving files and reorganizing folders. A definite keeper.

"Getting used to it"
Version: Q-Dir (64-bit) 4.88
Pros
Easy to use. Have to still get used to the idea that it works better than the native Win7 interface.
Cons
Remembering that it's there.
-
"Free, fast, easy way to copy/move files."
Version: Q-Dir (64-bit) 4.77
Pros
Launches quickly, makes it easy to compare directories and move/copy files from one drive/directory to another with only one open window. Integrates well with extensions like TeraCopy.
Cons
Feels a lot like the Win 98 version of Windows Explorer; doesn't always recognize file associations (i.e., may open a file in the standard default program rather than the one you have defined).
Summary
If you do a lot of drag & drop file copying/moving, Q-Dir will greatly simplify and speed up the process.
