Version: PySol 1.1
Pros: This is the best set of card games I have found. There are hundreds of games and you can personalise it with dozens of card sets and you can add your own images for backgrounds. There are a 151 more free card backs available at the developer's site:

Good graphics,animations, sounds and music.
No nonesense free license -- no ads, banners, no extraneous junk at all.

Pros: Lots of good solitaire games. Overall, I am very happy with this download.
Cons: The only thing I've noticed is that not all of the games have a rules/how to play section, which can get pretty annoying.
