From http://www.drowningturtle.com :Project S.T.A.C.I. (Self Teaching Automated Computer Intelligence) was created on the pretense that human intelligence is nothing more than a large series of interconnected thoughts and ideas. The purpose of this project is to use the world's input to increase S.T.A.C.I.’s ability to “think”. Interactive and fun. Two seperate layers to filter out profane language.
