Did the installation 3 times until I realised I was not the problem. When you first run the app, you need to set up your account. The program would take your username and password as many times as you would care to put it in. However no matter what you entered, the 'create' button never got focus and you could not complete this early first stage. I have moved on; plenty of alternatives. My system is nothing out of ordinary; Win 7 Pro, plenty of space and memory. So how does a 'buggy' system get recommended by Cnet. Obviously you guys didn't give it a thorough try out !
I note from reading other reviews, that what I experienced is common to most of us. Again, what scrutiny is applied to new apps ???

- provides quick start-up tutorial from Youtube window
- allows alerts to be sent to various email accounts
- simple interface
- web-based (so it doesn't clog your device/computer with more material)Cons
- You can't even try this without paying $20 for a single workspace
- This product asks you to pay for something you get free in several free applications on the web.. WHY would you ever pay for this... worse, why would you pay as much as they're asking.

I really don't know why this product was put to the top of the CNET announcement email. All it does is send alerts to different email addresses or people in your "workspace"... Online calendars from Google, Hotmail and Yahoo all go well beyond what this app does and they do it for free. Not worth trying folks.

Half finished and badly written software for Windows 7. Impossible to try as account won't create. I can only assume the "reviewer" who emailed me recommending this was paid handsomely by the developers to write his positive "review", as he clearly hasn't even tried the program, as it doesn't work!! I'll not bother with CNET reviews again if they recommend rubbish like this program

just had an email from Cnet asking me to review this. Strangely, it claims the average user rating is 4-* from six reviews. Pretty peculiar as all six give it a 1-* rating
