Version: ProcessWorx CMDB 1.5.0204
"Doesn't work with Office 2K7. Support nonexistent."
Pros: I was unable to find any pros, because ProcessWorx CMDB is support by nobody. There are no phone numbers to call for assistance. E-mails go unreturned. This company gets a solid F minus.
Cons: Doesn't work with Office 2K7, for sure. May not work for Office 2K3, either. Hard to say. Couldn't log into the database, couldn't launch the program. Tried on 2 completely different machines. Documentation provided with software was insufficient.
Summary: As noted above:
- The product didn't work
- The materials included with the siftware were insufficient
- The company is a nameless, faceless organization who are unable to be contacted for sales or support issues
- When the company is contacted they do not return E-mails
- Does not work with Office 2K7
I'd avoid this product if possible. Low-cost choices are attractive, but not at the expense of receiving competent support and service.
