"Works, but flaw with support"

Pros
The software works the way it is described, i.e., if a web site isn't on the white list, it won't let you access it.
Cons
If you misplace your password, like I did, you cannot get any support to reset or recover it. I understand not making it too easy to obtain or re-set the password (keeps children from bypassing the measures that their parents set up). However to offer no way to way to overcome a lapse in memory/loss of information seems a little extreme to me.
Summary
Does what it says it will, but beware.
