    "A few more details.."

    September 27, 2008  |   By jonathan_pwyl

I wrote it, so I think its great =)

why does cnet force me to enter something here?

Just to clairify, PrintWhatYouLike is a web application. There is nothing to download- everything runs in your browser. To use PrintWhatYouLike, copy the url (the http://www... address) of a page you wish to print, paste it into the 'Enter a url to start' box on, and hit start. A new page will appear containing your original page, plus a toolbar. With the toolbar you can reformat the page until it looks good enough to be print. There is a great screencast of in action here:

    A few more details:
    PrintWhatYouLike is 100% free!
When you print a page, only your modified page will appear on paper. The toolbar will not be printed.

Thanks for the explanation, Jonathan. Another reviewer writes "It has a permanent place on my tool bar now" Is that what the Bookmarklet app is for?
