catalogue takes too long to load images not instant as in previous versions
Difficult to install Instructions say to remove other installed printhaster programs before new installation .installed previous programs cannot be removed hence installation steps just return to remove previous programs,this version should overwrite any previous unless instructed not too by user.

Previous versions,I was impressed and used daily in my books covers designs .this version still is compatible with my own previous version designs but I cannot edit them like previous versions.I am dissapointed

Prompts you to 'register' before installing program. Take the time to fill everything out including some very personal questions and hit submit, it takes you back to a blank registration form.
Summary
If I could give this program 0 stars I would, what a WASTE OF MY TIME. PRINTMASTER IS THE WORST PROGRAM/INTERFACE I HAVE EVER SEEN I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE THIS PIECE OF CRAP.

It's geared to make you spend on print Master online services rather than to letting you complete projects without being harassed about printing your project corectly or fonts etc...

I've been using print master since the mid 90's. It started out ok. It has progressively gotten worse ever since to the point that it is unbearable to use. when I went to do a greeting card (my first project on THIS version) I found the project choices lacking alot of detail...i didn't know why...I later found out. I found very little GOOD clip art, Matter of fact I needed 2 cards for the same occasion and wanted to insert 2 DIFFERENT pieces of clip art however there was only one (and not such a great one at that!)and if I wanted any additional clip art on the same subject I could BUY it on line. I settled for the same piece for both cards. I then wanted to print a quarter fold card (as I had originally specified in my LIMITED choices in the beginning). The program ignored my request and for a quarter fold card (front page and inside) the print came out full page on an 8 1/2 X 11 sheet for the front page and the same on a second 8 1/2 X 11 sheet ! Kind of like a proof. As hard as I tried to print a quarter fold card I could not. I did get an option to have Print Master print the card for me FOR A FEE !!! What the hell good is a program that you SPEND MONEY FOR then don't have the option to print your project in house. It turned out to be QUICKER and CHEAPER to drive to my drug store and buy the two cards! I can not do ANYTHING I bought the application for...primariy to save time and money. Print master has gotten so complicated and UNfriendly that I uninstalled it and threw the disc away. If you like to needlessly waste time and money then this is the program for you...but not for me !

EVERY SINGLE TIME I TRY TO USE PRINTMASTER, IT THROWS ME BACK OUT TO INSTALL AGAIN & AGAIN & AGAIN. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT AT ALL. ATTEMPTED TO INSTALL PRINT SHOP - SAME THING! What can I do?
why can i not get PRINT SHOP off of my computer! it will not delete &/or uninstall!

Without a doubt the most effed-up software purchase I have EVER made - and I do this for a living! You don't actually buy the software, you buy a link to download the software. I didn't even bother installing the link once I realized this. This crap is a total rip-off! I gave this garbage one star, but it doesn't even rate that.
