Inspector Printfex monitors all print jobs in your Network. No matter whether you spool directly via your server, use workstations' local printers, or send print jobs directly from workstations to a network printer (via TCP/IP port). Inspector Printfex logs who printed when, what and how many pages. You can assign individual costs-per-page to your printers. These costs are being assigned to the individual users' consumption. Overview of Inspector Printfex' functionality Logs each print job in your network Print jobs are being assigned to individual users Recognizes paper formats (A3/A4/individual formats) Recognizes black-and-white or multicolor Supports individual prices for these options Costs per page can be set per printer Denies printing for overdrawn accounts Offers a web interface for users and administrators Create your own print-credit-cards, sell or give them away for free to your account-holders. Users can enter the credit-card-code into the web interface to recharge their account
