"Just bought this with Duplicate Finder, a deal. Xlnt."
Version: Print Directory 2.1
Pros
For years I've been using a DOS program called OneDir Pro to print directories to text files so that I can easily index my library. This app has a lot of options and is much easier to implement than OneDir Pro which works good. I really like the options given in this app.
1. to select up to 7 file attributes for columns
2. select 3 different CRC values for file verification or all of
them as columns!
3. select 6 fields from MP3 tags as columns.
Allows printing to .txt which I like as its lightning fast to search. Allows .csv for import into spreadsheets. The other option is to print to an .html file for web listings or whatever.
Very well done app(s)
Customer support answered my email within 3 days for a question I had put to them on the weekend. Very cordial reply.
Hint: if you have a problem or question for them be nice to them.
they do deserve to be treated like good people.Cons
None come to mind
Summary
I'll consider Ashisoft for good utilities when I'm forced to purchase something thats not out there as freeware. If this sounds blathering, it is because they deserve it. I have no clue who the people are that run this company.

"Poor Customer Service"
Version: Print Directory 2.1
Pros
Easy to use and good amount of features. Including printing to .csv files.
Cons
The customer service is almost non-existent. After several customer service requests regarding key activation I received a automated response with no solution to my problem.
Summary
If you are looking for a directory printing program I would look elsewhere unless you have no alternative.
