  "It was great until it quit working"

  Pros

  It was a very simple & elegant way to create .pdf's. For instance, create a pdf instead of printing out all those confirmations you get when paying a bill or buying something online.

  Cons

  It just quit working. I click the Create PDF button and nothing happens. I reinstalled the latest version, to no avail. I've gone on their help system and forum, and others have the same problem, but there are no answers.

  Summary

  If anyone can tell me how to get it working again I'd love to resume using it.

  Are you trying the option "Save as: Ask when creating pdf"?
  
  I used primopdf for years - then, just stopped working, tried reinstalling but nothing. I always used the option "Ask when creating pdf".
  
  So I tried the option "Specific folder", it asked me for a folder, and saved my pdf there. NOW I can select the "Ask when creating pdf" option and it will present the folder I identified when I tried the "Specific folder" option, but I can select what I want and it now works again.
  
  Hope this helps! It was a very random thing to just stop working after years of trouble free use, it must have lost some config info.

  Try deleting the PDF printer from the Windows printer control panel.
  
  If that does not work ...
  
  Try the BullZip PDF printer available on Cnet. It also creates a PDF printer, but it allows you to output to Jpeg and other file types and intersperse pages with other PDF files as well.
