"Invaluable to print up docs from other formats"
Pros: Easy to use. Doesn't call for the printer directly and is great for Email in PDF format.
Cons: PDF files are larger than say, docs, txts, however with high speed, who cares!
Summary: It is essentially good with a scanner. With the variety of text formats out there and not everyone, say, in an organization that is not blessed with the particular software, everyone has access to Active PDF ... or should! read more
