Nothing good about this software that forces itself onto your system and is difficult to remove.
Cons
Spyware; it'll usually deploy without your consent or knowledge.
Summary
If you want to get rid of it, try using the Windows Add/Remove; if it's not there, it'll be part of a new IE toolbar-> remove said toolbar using RegEdit.

With pricegong installed, If I found anything I like to buy online I do not need to go any ware else to find better deals, PriceGong shows alternative offers to the product I'm looking at right away on the same page.
Cons
When pricegong do not find the exact product I'm looking for it gives me offers for similar products e.g. when I was looking for "Red IPod nano 16GB" it gave me 16GB IPod nano in few other colors.
Summary
I like it very much, I just saved about $60 few minutes after installing it and it is totally free.

I do a lot of online shopping, and after I installed PriceGong I don't have to go to 4-5 different sites to try to find better deals for the stuff I buy online. Every time I look at a product on a web page, I get alternative prices and offers
Cons
Sometimes the alternative products I see in the PriceGong window are not the same as the product on the web page I am looking at, so I just close it

Very very useful, saves me time and money when I shop online
