"Not reliable, non-existent support."

If/when it works, it works.
Cons
On random occasions, your bid is not submitted. Presumably due to internal reliability/volume issues. . . . . If you should try to reach them for any reason, you will neither get a response, nor an acknowledgment of your email. You are provided no contact telephone numbers. If they don't want to be reached, you will not reach them.
Summary
I am replacing this vendor with a more reliable, even minimally customer friendly vendor.

"Great product!"

Pros
I have saved more than the cost of the program in the first week. I like that the program can be installed on your computer or you can access your account via the internet.
Cons
It is not really a con, but you really don't need to install the program on your computer, its just as easy to view via the internet.
Summary
If you plan making purchases on eBay, I highly recommend PowerSnipe. I enjoy not having to sit at my computer counting down the seconds until the auction is over to see if i won. I just place my maximum bid and wait for an email from PowerSnipe letting me know whether i won the auction.

It is rock-solid awesome. Its what I have been looking for, I just won 3 auctions today without any effort.
Cons
My technical problem is Happiness. I'm afraid that won too many auctions.
Summary
I will use it as long as I buy from eBay.
