This muscular disc-imaging utility is not kidding around (though we thought the demo might be). PowerISO lets you mount virtual drives, create bootable discs, and generate CD and floppy images. It supports a huge number of image formats, including standard ISO and IMG files as well as files created by almost all popular disc-burning programs such as Nero, CloneCD, and Alcohol120%.
Our one major caveat is that the trial version doesn't let you create images larger than 300MB (most CDs hold 700MB), making it much harder to fully test the product. On the other hand, the trial period is unlimited, so some users may actually prefer this arrangement. Trial restrictions aside, we think PowerISO makes a good pick for intermediate to advanced users.

Version: PowerISO 3.7
"Does the trick but so do other better apps!"
Pros: This program is simple, easy to navigate with clear and obvious buttons for each task. It takes a micro second to load up and uses minimum resources.
Cons: Whilst there seems to be no serious or major flaws with this software I am afraid I just do not like it enough! I am already used to using similar programs for the same tasks whenever I am dealing with CD or DVD images. I prefer the freely available ImgBurn software which is, free.
I dislike one thing about powerIso though, it has it's own proprietary image format which, as far as I can tell, has no advantage over the already standard ones except for the fact that it might force people to come looking for and install PowerIso when they are faced with a file someone sent to them and they cannot open it.
That is what brought me to the software!

Pros: Works fine,,and gud to use when dealing w/ .iso files
Cons: a little confusing to use at first, but once u get the hang out of it,,u shud be fine :)
