Version: PowerFolder 2.0.2
Pros: Of course it's free. It does sinchronize and transfer files and it works as adversed
Cons: Now-a-days with every home having a home network it is unheard of to not support mapped folders. This application does not support mapped folders. In addtion to not supporting mapped drives empty folders are bypassed. So... if have a your files on a mapped location and want to sinchronize to another phisical location this program is not for you.

"great tool for backup and sync my network likes it very much"
Pros: - easy to use (all my users understand it)
- easy to setup
- no server needed
- free( there is a pro version but free version offers everything i need for syncing and creating backups without limitations)
Cons: setting up a linux maschine was a little bit difficult when i tried to run Powerfolder in two instances. on windows was no problem.
