"Many bugs, email customer support only, software does not prompt you with errors"
Pros: Seems to support multiple file formats and provides the user with many options (if they worked).
Cons: I purchased this product to convert DVD's to Ipod format. This product apparently has many "bugs" as it simply was not able to do this; while I used other trial versions of comparable software companies to do the same with no problems. I suggest you look closely before you make the purchase!
