Downloaded to the correct programming (Windows 7), but it doesn't import. It appears to be a pay only format as there is a link to pay for the program if you actually want to use it.

Don't bother downloading it won't open.
The program will change your homepage as a part of installation.

Considering it is free, it works well, and is easy to use. Don't expect all of the options of an expensive photo editor suite, but it has the basics.
Cons
The Morphed Picture that pops up when you open the program is a turn off.

If you want a FREE basic photo editor that works and is easy to learn to use, then the Pos Free Photo Editor 1.31 is one you will enjoy having.
