  Pros

  Works very well and couldn't be easier to use.

  Cons

  The support is amongst the worst I have experienced. I expected to have automatic upgrades from 10.8 to 10.9 in accordance with the license. My support ticket received one response - "not able to upgrade"!!!! No further correspondence from them. Don't hold your breath for the so called free upgrade to Version 11 when it comes out.

  Summary

  Good product with almost no support. I cannot believe it.

  I work for the makers of Portrait Professional software and I am very sorry you have been struggling to contact us. We have to reply to every support ticket with 48 hours and usually we are a lot faster than this. If you do not get an automatic email notifying you of our reply, please login to the ticket system to read our message. You can update for free by going to the Help menu and select to Check for updates. The software will automatically notify you when the upgrade to version 11 is available to download.
