For your information, I'm the author of this software, and I most certainly don't remember submitting anything to cnet (registered my only account today to write this), or writing the description apparently attributed to me.
Additionally, this redistribution is a direct violation of foobar2000's license:
"Redistribution of modified binaries or modified setup packages allowed only with prior written permission of the author. "
At least your download link does not work, which is sadly a good thing in this case.
