"DOES NOT WORK"
Version: Port Forwarding Wizard 4.5
Pros
Customer service was OK. It only takes 2 days to get an answer for support
Cons
Everything, The software says it is 100% guaranteed. However, it is NOT guaranteed at all. I would never recommend this to anybody.
Summary
portforward.com displays 100% guaranteed to work. I purchased the software, had issues getting it to work. I then contacted their support line, followed his instructions, and Tedie said the software was working fine. However, my ports were not open. I asked for a refund, and he said his software did it's job, and NO refunds can be applied. DO NOT BUY THIS software, you will only DONATE $30 to this company. Sorry to have wasted 12 days of my time for nothing.

"Excellent Product... Great Support"
Version: Port Forwarding Wizard 4.0
Pros
Great Support. Had some issues early on and they were very responsive and helped me through them. Can handle very large enterprise level loads.
Cons
Still a small issue with stopping the service, but nothing that can't be worked around.
Summary
I would suggest this product to anyone. It does a great job especially on the smart routing based on source IP which is our primary use. A very specialized task. We make 100s of connections a minute and it handles it with ease. The support is also very responsive.

this can suit to any small / large scale of companies and even to the home user in some cases.
you can get a functional, helpful interface and a cool gadget of the current activity and data.
personally i can say that the service / support was extremely professional and fast. they took care of a specific problem we had with one of the port forwarding tasks we neded in our organization. -
"DIdnt work"
Version: Port Forwarding Wizard 3.5
Pros
None there is none.
Cons
Did forward my ports needed. I turned off windows firewall and I currently don't have any other security software installed. It should have been able to open my port, but nope. I wouldn't buy this not worth it.
Summary
Nothing in the world can open my ports.

"false advertising"
Version: Port Forwarding Wizard 3.5
Pros
nothing at all.
Cons
it is only a trial..not freeware
It does not find anything for you until you fill in the data first.
If you must pay for a product like this then it should be able to find something like uTorrent and set it up to port forward all on it's own -
"Easy to use. Works very well. IT IS FREE!"
Version: Port Forwarding Wizard 3.5
Pros
Very easy to understand interface. It even has a step-by-step window to guide you.
Cons
I'm not aware of any at this time, as the product worked 100% for me. *** Just remember to adjust your firewall as needed for the product to work.***
Summary
Upon first use it didn't work for me. Then I realized I forgot to make changes to my firewall settings. After I had made the changes I ran the program again and it worked 100% The software author's site had some information I found quite helpful.

"Extremely limited trial, not intuitive, did not do anything"
Version: Port Forwarding Wizard 2.1
Pros
Could notfind anything I like with this software.
Cons
The promo says no limitations. After downloading and installing the software advises it will allow one port forward for (I think it was) 30 minutes. It is not intutive and I could not figure out what to do even with the help. CERTAINLY NOT A WIZARD PROGRAM!
