If you work at home, use this to crank up an energizing mp3 for 1-2",,,I use 90 seconds..Jump up and exercise...the music shuts off at specified time....pops back up at selected interval...I use 30".
Highly customizable with start tone, music selection, end tone, break interval & timing of breaks.
Low overhead...35k peak 2k when sitting in system tray [XP]Cons
