Pokki creates a window on your desktop that lets you pin, organize, and browse apps like you would on a smartphone. Through Pokki's intuitive and attractive interface, you can have quick access to all of your apps without having to clutter up your desktop. You can also sort your apps into categories and organize them by page so that they're easier to find than ever.
Once you've installed Pokki, you can access it through the quick-launch icon that will appear next to your Start menu. Clicking that icon will bring up a window with multiple pages where you can pin any apps you'd like. There is also a search bar for searching your own apps, as well as a feature that lets you search the App Store. And across the bottom of the window, you'll find quick links to some of the most popular apps in the store at the moment. The display window, itself, is customizable in terms of size and color theme. There are also quite a few languages supported, including Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, English, and several others.
When configuring your settings, you can select where notifications show up, whether you want the popular apps displayed at the bottom of the window, and whether or not you want Web results displayed when you use the search function. Overall, this app performs well and has a nice set of features. It's also free, which means it's definitely worth giving it a try if you're looking for a new way to organize your apps.
