Recover your music in iTunes after your computer crashes by transferring the music on your iPod or iPhone back to your computer. Preview music and movies on any iPod before transferring it into your iTunes library. Use the Automatic Transfer button to instantly select, and then transfer all songs on an iPod that are not already in your iTunes Music Library. Easily copy a whole or partial playlist from any iPod into iTunes. Prevent duplicate transfers: Tracks already in iTunes are indicated with a blue check. All track info gets transferred including the track Play Count, Rating (out of 5 stars), Album. Quickly find the tracks your looking for with the Pod to PC search bar and filter options.

"Great for salvaging tons of data in a crisis."
Pros: This software will even transfer unaccessible data on a iPod. Mine froze up and would not reboot or allow me to view, access, or play any of my downloads. I purchased it for an emergency save of all my data, but now I use it to share downloads.
Cons: It wasn't able to complete restore ALL of my downloads however it salvaged at least 95% of all my data.
Summary: I like this program an awful lot it saved me months of work, and many of my albums I already traded in to Record Exchange for ca$h. I would have found it difficult to regain those albums.

This is an important update about pod to pc from the developers at myPod Apps. Please read it before making additional negative postings and e-mail myPodApps@gmail.com for additional support information.Cons: We have been trying to update the description text here with CNET to reflect the changes in this product and make it listed as shareware (not freeware as it is currently), however the CNET staff has not yet made the necessary changes.
Summary: Pod to PC version 2.6 was listed here 2 weeks ago and is 100% freeware. CNET (without consenting myPod Apps) changed the version posted here to our latest version 3.085 which is now shareware ($19.95). When they did this, they did not update the d... read more >>

Pros: Does what it says. I retardedly deleted all my music off my pc. Most of it was on my ipod. This transferred it all back to my pc easily and quickly. It is simple to use and at $9.95 it's cheaper that other programs I looked at.
Cons: At first I thought it was free - and it is if you don't mind transferring 10 songs at a time - but that's not really feasible if you have a couple thousand songs. I figure the cost of the program was well worth it to get my music back.
Summary: Great product. Cheap, easy and quick.
